Our Developments
People love the zero-entry, stand-alone villas being built in these two subdivisions in Davenport and Eldridge, Iowa. More than 70 of these villas have been built and sold, and the feedback has been excellent.
Whether you are downsizing, want to live somewhere with zero stairs on the main level, or want the convenience of having your lawn maintained and snow removed without sharing a wall with your neighbor, these villas might be exactly what you are looking for.
